Lakeville Jewelers accepts  Paypal, Money Orders, Personal Checks and Cash.

If you want to have your order shipped to you, and you are paying by personal check or money order,  choose your item  and call  or email me with your order.  I will reserve the item for you, until your check arrives.   If you email me, please include your phone number, and I will call you to confirm your order.  Items will not ship until the payment clears.  Please allow 3 to 10 days for checks to clear.    No COD orders.  Items are shipped Registered Mail, with delivery confirmation and insurance.  Shipping charges vary since they are affected by the amount of insurance  needed to cover the  value of each item shipped.    

Lakeville Jewelers will gladly accept notification of returns and exchanges within 7 days of the receipt of the item.  Just call or email us before you return the item, and we will give you a RA number to put on the return package, or if you want to come to the office to return an item, we will schedule that  appointment with you.  Lakeville Jewelers will not accept returned items through the mail without prior authorization.  Please call or email us if there are extenuating circumstances that we need to adjust for.  The item(s)  must be in "Like New"  condition, and returned in the original packaging.  If you had the item mailed to you, the return will be credited, less the postage.  In an instance where you have purchased a gift,  let us know the date in which the person will be receiving the gift, and we will extend the return policy to 7 days beyond that date.  

If you have accepted an item mailed to you, and it is damaged,  do not send the item back to Lakeville Jewelers, as this voids the postal insurance!   You must notify Lakeville Jewelers of the damage, and I will help you facilitate the insurance claim.  Sending the item back to Lakeville Jewelers, voids the insurance claim.  The damage is covered by the shippers insurance, and they have to verify the claim to their satisfaction, so we must follow their rules and procedures, to satisfy everyone involved.
